Nicole Vahey

Nicole Vahey has a diverse work history in the fitness industry. Nicole currently holds the position of Director of Global Operations at F45 Training. Prior to this, they were the owner of a fitness center. Nicole also worked at World Gym International as a Business Operations Specialist, where they were involved in the growth of the company. Nicole gained experience as a Business Consultant at World Gym Canada and as a Certified Fitness Instructor at Kawartha Lakes Fit Corps Boot Camp. Nicole also has experience as a Certified Personal Trainer in the Canadian Armed Forces and as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Fanshawe College. Nicole began their career as a Martial Arts Instructor at Tilley's Karate & MMA.

Nicole Vahey pursued a degree in Fitness and Health Promotion at Fanshawe College. Nicole'sfield of study focused on Health and Physical Education/Fitness.
