Michael Overgaard Schmidt

Michael Overgaard Schmidt has extensive experience in business consulting and customer success within the technology sector. Since March 2007, Michael has served as a Senior Business Consultant at Encodify, focusing on client implementation, project management, and customer relationship management. Additional roles include Customer Success Manager and Retail Product Owner, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing client competitiveness and driving revenue growth. Prior to Encodify, Michael held positions at Unik System Design and Pine Tree Systems A/S as a Programmer/Project Manager. Michael is also a member of the Fremtidens Projektleder F5 Netværksgruppe at F5 Networking. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Southern Denmark and a Prince2 Foundation certification in Project Management from IDG Kurser.
