Corey Artherholt, MPAcc, CCXP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Corey has served as the Senior Director of Business Operations at F5 since October 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief of Staff & Director of Business Operations at F5 from February 2018 to October 2020. Before joining F5, Corey worked at RedCloud Consulting Inc. as a Practice Director, where they co-led the successful Customer & Partner Engagement practice. Corey was responsible for various value-added services, including Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) strategy and operations, Voice-of-Customer (VoC) and Voice of Employee (VoE) program design, and market intelligence and insight assembly. Corey also worked at Microsoft, serving as a Senior Manager and Senior Program Manager/Customer Intelligence Manager, where they led various programs and initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and technical knowledge. Corey started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Business Consultant/Forensic Accountant and later moved to KPMG US as a Business Consultant/Tax Accountant.

Corey Artherholt, MPAcc, CCXP completed their education with a Masters of Tax/Public Accounting from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 1997-1998. Prior to that, they pursued Business/Accounting/Finance at the University of Washington from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their academic achievements, Corey holds several certifications including SAFe 5 Agilist Certification/SAFe Leader obtained in 2020, Certified Customer Experience Professional obtained in 2016, Lean Leader in 2013, Net Promoter Score in 2012, and Six Sigma - Green Belt from Microsoft in 2005.
