Inshiya Clarke

Inshiya Clarke currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at F5, starting in April 2025, where responsibilities include developing a people strategy aligned with the company's goals for digital innovation and growth. Prior to this, Inshiya was the Global People Strategy Executive and HR Director at Google DeepMind from October 2024 to April 2025, overseeing the People Strategy and the People & Culture Business Partnering team. At Google from March 2020 to April 2025, Inshiya held dual roles as Global People Strategy Executive for Google Gemini & Assistant, leading initiatives from ideation to launch, as well as as Senior People Partner for Google Cloud Compute. Previous experience includes serving as Senior HR Leader at Amazon for both Global Alexa Experience and AWS, and as Senior HR Director for Blizzard Entertainment's Global Technology Organization, where management of HRBPs was a key responsibility. Inshiya holds a Master of Science in Global Business Leadership from the University of San Diego and has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® certification.
