Melissa Ong

Melissa Ong has extensive experience in business operations and program management, currently serving as Senior Manager in Business Operations & Program Management for Security & Distributed Cloud at F5 since April 2015. In this role, Melissa leads M&A integration, program management methodology, and portfolio management within the Business Transformation Office. Previous positions at F5 include Manager of M&A Integration & Business Process Management and Program Manager for Integration Management in M&A. Melissa's early career involved roles as a Senior Business Analyst and various levels of Business Analyst, focusing on IT product processes and technical project implementation. Prior to F5, Melissa was a Senior Consultant at Protiviti, managing internal audit and SOX compliance projects. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Information Systems from the UW Foster School of Business.
