Young Shim

Young Shim is a seasoned Sales Data Analyst Consultant with extensive experience in providing strategic insights and reporting for Microsoft’s Cloud Consulting Services at Troy Consulting LLC since October 2018. Prior to this role, Young served as Business Analyst Lead for General Motors at Ramp Technology Group, overseeing software development governance and issue tracking, and as a UX Consultant managing training programs. Additional experience includes teaching technology workshops as a Senior Workshop Instructor at the University of Washington, web design for various organizations, and earning a BA in Communication from the University of Washington in 2012. Young’s diverse background combines analytical expertise with strong communication and training skills, making significant contributions to sales strategy and technology education.
