Jeffrey Ackerman

Jeffrey Ackerman has a long history of work experience. Jeffrey began their career in 1990 as a Group Manager of Finance at Frito Lay, where they progressed through various accounting and finance positions in the Frito-Lay Headquarters and Central U.S. Division offices. In 1997, they joined Siemens Healthcare (formerly Dade Behring) as Vice President of Finance. At Dade Behring, they served in various finance roles while the company was owned by PE firm Bain Capital. In 2006, they became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sealy Corporation, a leading international bedding manufacturer. Jeffrey served as CFO for the IPO in 2006 and stayed through the sale of the company to Tempur-Pedic in 2013. In 2013, they joined The Fresh Market as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Jeffrey stayed on through the liquidity event of selling the company to PE firm Apollo. In 2017, they became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Unifi Manufacturing, Inc. (makers of Repreve). In 2019, they joined F5 Sports, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.

Jeffrey Ackerman received their MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 1987 and 1989. Prior to that, they obtained their BSIM from Purdue University between 1981 and 1985, with a field of study in Industrial Management and Industrial Engineering.
