Kristaps Martinsons

Kristaps Martinsons has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2008, they worked as a Sales Assistant in an electronics shop. Kristaps then gained knowledge about computer software and hardware as an Intern at ELTRA IT&T in 2010. In 2011, they interned at Lattelecom, where they were involved in a project related to enterprise management. In 2013, they interned at Galleri Heike Arndt DK, where they had responsibilities such as website redesign, social media management, and curator of art exhibitions. Kristaps worked as a Dishwasher and Kitchen Assistant in Nordens Folkekøkken from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they had an internship as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Startupbootcamp Mobile.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Startupbootcamp Mobile as a Startup Scout and later as a Chief Operating Officer. In 2016, they were an Associate at LEO Innovation Lab, where they were responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities in early-stage startups within eHealth. Kristaps then joined Accelerace Management A/S in 2017 as an Associate, contributing to a fundraising project for a new venture fund. Lastly, in 2017, they became the Head of Intelligence and Analyst team at F6S.

Kristaps Martinsons has a strong educational background in innovation, entrepreneurship, multimedia design, and computer technology. Kristaps received a Bachelor's Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Academic Professional degree in Multimedia Design and Communication from the same institution from 2011 to 2013. Kristaps also has a Technical Education (CTE) in Computer Technology, which they completed at Rīgas Uzņēmējdarbības Tehniskā Vidusskola from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Kristaps obtained a certification in the course "Think Again: How to Reason and Argue" from Coursera Course Certificates in January 2016.
