FA Catalyst is an “invitation only” advisory firm accelerator that is powered by an AI Augmented coaching platform called Caty (Short for Catalyst.) Invited Advisors / Firms engage the platform for self-guided assessment and immediate advice while garnering access to some of the industry’s most well-known coaches and consultants. There is no cost for the platform and Initial sessions and guidance are provided gratis. The platform was created to be a discreet ecosystem for advisory firm acceleration via education, coaching and the facilitation of mutually beneficial (direct) introductions.

Once joining the platform… advisors and industry executives have access to information, education, practice management tools and readiness assessments covering the myriad -items- that advisors and firms consistently face. AI augmented guidance as well as complementary guidance with an industry renowned coach accompany immersion in the platform.

All new members of the FA Catalyst Ecosystem…will receive an introductory Coaching / Consulting Session with CEO… Brian Church. While new users do not have to accept this complementary engagement, the session(s) will be discreet, exclusive and you will never be passed on to some one other than our thought leader and Chief Executive Brian Church.

Designed as a discreet, members-only ecosystem, Caty exists to accelerate advisory firm growth through education, personalized coaching, and carefully curated introductions. Invited advisors and firm leaders gain self-guided access to practice management advice alongside some of the industry's most respected coaches and consultants — with no cost to join.
