Lars Simonsen

Lars Simonsen currently serves as the Formandsskabet for Nature, Outdoor Life, and Health Promotion at Sund By Netværket since January 2023, focusing on public health through nature engagement. As a Project Leader at Kulturregion Fyn since January 2022, Lars developed nature and culture initiatives for local municipalities. Lars has held the position of Project Manager at Faaborg-Midtfyn Kommune since April 2020, aiming to connect veterans and youth through nature to enhance their well-being. Additionally, Lars is an adventurer, speaker, and author with Life is GOOD follow us since 2014, recounting extensive family adventures. Lars was the CEO of Thinggaard Rejser from February 2020 to 2024 and has experience managing various hospitality and community-oriented projects, including work as a camp leader and hostel manager. Lars' educational background includes a degree from Vejen Handelskole and additional qualifications in retail management.
