Rikke Frandsen

Rikke Frandsen is an accomplished professional in the field of rehabilitation and social work, currently serving as Leder for various programs under Rehabilitering Nord at Faaborg-Midtfyn Kommune since March 2014. Rikke oversees multiple activity and employment initiatives in accordance with relevant sections of the Danish social law and LAB. Prior to this role, Rikke gained valuable experience as a Projektleder/Integrationskonsulent at KFUM's Sociale Arbejde and as a Projektleder/Pædagogisk konsulent at Organisationen Nordhøj. Rikke began a career in pedagogy as a Pædagog at Botilbuddet Bognæs. Rikke holds a Cand. Pæd. in pædagogisk psykologi from the Danish School of Education and has pursued further leadership training in middle management and LEAN practices.
