Kaushik Mukherjee

Kaushik Mukherjee has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as an Applications Engineer at Oracle Corporation. In 2007, they moved to Goldman Sachs as an Analyst. In 2008, they founded BigSlick Infotech/AKVenture Info, and in 2009 raised seed capital from Rediff.com and HNIs to launch an online insurance startup called Fintact.com. From 2010 to 2012, they were an Associate at McKinsey & Company. In 2012, they co-founded FAB BAG, India's largest beauty subscription service. Finally, in 2015, they co-founded SUGAR Cosmetics, a cruelty-free makeup brand that is high on style and higher on performance, and has since scaled from INR 0 to 100+ Crores in turnover within 4 years.

Kaushik Mukherjee began their education in 1988 at Don Bosco School, Calcutta, where they attended until 2000. Kaushik then attended Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, where they earned a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical & Electronics between 2000 and 2004. In 2006, they went on to attend Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they earned an MBA/PGDM in Business Management, which they completed in 2008.
