Fleur Evans has a diverse work experience in the beauty and business industry. Fleur started their career as a Beauty Therapist, working for various spas and companies such as The Living Room, Dermalogica, Origins, Clinique, Whitford Day Spa, Spa Parnell, and Spa at the Hyatt. During this time, they gained valuable skills and knowledge in the beauty industry.

In 2000, Fleur transitioned to a different field and worked as a PA Key Accounts Credit Controller at Coca Cola Amatil NZ Ltd. Fleur remained in this role until 2002.

Fleur returned to the beauty industry in 2010 and joined Forme Spa as a Spa Manager. Fleur successfully managed a team of 4 Beauty Therapists, maintained cost of goods, increased revenue, and met sales targets. Fleur also served as a Babor Product trainer. In 2012, Fleur was promoted to General Manager, overseeing New Zealand's largest day spa group. Fleur held this position until 2014.

In 2015, Fleur joined FAB Group NZ as a Business Development Manager, and in 2019, they joined Caci New Zealand as a Business Performance Manager.

Throughout their career, Fleur has demonstrated their passion and expertise in the beauty industry, with experience in various roles and responsibilities.

Fleur Evans completed the Wynne Business Spa Directors Course in 2012-2013, where they studied Spa Management. Prior to that, they attended the Beauty Therapy College of New Zealand from 2002 to 2003. Fleur's education began at Glendowie College from 1990 to 1992, although the specific field of study or degree obtained from these institutions is unknown.
