FAB Homes is a Palo Alto based development group focused on high end residential projects in Silicon Valley.

We operate through the full development lifecycle under three integrated disciplines, Advisory, Build, and Capital, bringing structure, alignment, and continuity from concept to completion. Think of it as the A, B, C of everything your project needs. Some clients come to us for all three. Others just need one piece of the puzzle. Either way, you get the same level of quality, coordination, and care throughout.

Advisory
We act as the owner’s representative, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and team selection from the ground up. Clients benefit from a single point of contact and a dedicated advocate aligned entirely with their interests, from initial permitting through final delivery.

Build
We deliver new construction and major remodels with a focus on architectural distinction, precision execution, and transparency. Our open book approach ensures full visibility into costs before construction begins, with a fixed fee structure and savings passed through directly.

Capital
We partner with select investors to co develop residential projects. Each investment is independently structured with clear governance, defined milestones, and disciplined execution. We invest alongside our partners in every project.

Few firms offer this level of integration, combined with deep, local expertise in one of the most complex residential markets in the world.
