Denis Hilbert has extensive experience in wood construction and engineering, holding various positions across multiple companies. Beginning as a draftsman and wood construction engineer at GROUPE IME / GROUPE AGF ELEMENT from June 2012 to September 2014, Denis advanced to become the Cadwork software representative in North America at Cadwork Canada Inc. from June 2011 to May 2012. From November 2010 to May 2011, Denis served as a wood construction project manager at Hunsinger Eco-Montage. A significant role was held at CLT CANADA / CLTO from January 2015 to July 2017, where Denis was responsible for plant layout, startup of the factory, product development, and continuous improvement. Following this, Denis worked as the Director of Plant Operations at Element5 Co. Inc. until February 2023 and is currently the Director of Operations at Fab Structures since February 2023. Educationally, Denis holds an Advanced Diploma in Wood Constructive Systems from Lycée du Bois de Mouchard and a Master's degree in wood engineering from ENSTIB.
