Stéphane Girard

Stéphane Girard is the current Director of Development and Institutional Relations at Mercialys. Prior to this, they spent 12 years with Hammerson, where they were Head of Retail Management & Public Affairs, and was responsible for the creation and management of the Hammerson Property Management subsidiary. Stéphane also oversaw corporate and local external relations for Hammerson. Under their management, the company grew to €3.2 billion in assets and 50 employees.

Prior to Hammerson, Stéphane Girard was the founding General Manager of MDE Convergence Entrepreneurs, a Mixed Economic Development Company and Union Association dedicated to local economic development.

Stéphane Girard is a graduate of the Prince of Wales's Sustainability Programme at the University of Cambridge, where they studied sustainability leadership. Stéphane also holds a 3ème cycle degree in HR management from INFREP and a Maîtrise in AES from Université Paris 8.

Stéphane Girard reports to Vincent Ravat, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Christophe Rigo - Human Resources, Audrey Servadio - Corporate Social Responsibility, and Fanny Faugère - Real Estate Innovation.
