Luís Desport

Luís Desport is an experienced technology and quality assurance professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Chief Quality Officer at FABAMAQ since February 2024, Luís formerly held multiple senior leadership roles at FARFETCH from January 2013 to January 2023, including Director of Infrastructure and Global SRE Director. Prior to FARFETCH, Luís was the CEO and Co-Founder of Maincheck from April 2011 to May 2015 and served as Secretary General for PSTQB - Associação Portuguesa de Testes de Software from March 2012 to February 2014. Luís's earlier experience includes significant positions at MobiComp, a Microsoft Subsidiary, and Solidal - Quintas & Quintas, Condutores Eléctricos SA. Luís holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Minho, which was completed from October 1984 to 1992.
