Ally van der Lay

Ally Van Der Lay is an experienced sales professional with a career spanning over two decades in the furniture and interior design industry. Currently serving as Sales Director at Vanderlay Interiors since May 2019, Ally also holds a position as Sales Representative at AHF Ltd and Regional Exhibitions Manager at Mooncas Ltd, both positions started in October 2017 and August 2016 respectively. Previously, Ally worked at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist, initially as Sales to General Manager from January 1998 to July 2008, later returning in June 2011 as Manager and achieving notable success in increasing sales across multiple branches. Ally's earlier experience includes a role as Sales Representative at CSL Sofas, where a record-breaking personal sales achievement of £1.5 million was accomplished, resulting in recognition as Sales Person of the Year twice. An education in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts was completed at Monkearmouth School from 1992 to 1998.
