FAB Boxing – Fighting Addiction Boxing – is about far more than just throwing punches. It’s about rebuilding lives through fitness, friendship, and real human connection.

FAB Boxing was founded by Aaron and Mark, two people from very different backgrounds who crossed paths through recovery. Mark overcame years of drug addiction, homelessness, and fighting to survive on the streets. Aaron came from the other side—working high-pressure jobs, looking like life was in control, but quietly using substances to get through the chaos.

We both realised the addiction was never really the core issue—it was a symptom of something deeper. What we needed was a new way to live, a chance to rebuild from the inside out. We found that through fitness, community, and surrounding ourselves with positive, like-minded people.

That’s why FAB Boxing was created—to give others that same chance at a fresh start. It’s not just about boxing; it’s about restoring confidence, building friendships, and creating a safe, welcoming space for anyone who wants to change their life. Whether you’re recovering from addiction, struggling with mental health, or just looking for a healthier way to live, FAB Boxing is here for you.

Everyone is welcome—men, women, young or old, experienced or complete beginner. This is a family-friendly space where kids are welcome, women feel safe, and every person who joins is treated with respect and encouragement from day one.

Beyond boxing, we organise hikes, camping trips, and social events because we know it’s about more than fitness—it’s about community. Many of us had to leave old circles behind on the road to recovery, but here you’ll find a new group of like-minded people who understand, support, and push you to be your best.
