Charles Sherburne

Charles Sherburne is an experienced manager in capital projects and facilities management with a demonstrated history of overseeing large capital projects across multiple manufacturing facilities at Fabcon since January 2013. Prior roles include Facilities Manager and Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities involved managing capital expenditure projects and maintaining equipment reliability. Sherburne possesses a strong background in transportation coordination from a tenure with the Minnesota National Guard and has engineering experience as a Ride Maintenance Mechanic at Valley Fair. Additionally, entrepreneurial experience was gained as the owner of Cab Comfort LLC, where responsibilities included product acquisition and customer service. Charles Sherburne holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and has undergone multiple educational programs through the US Army.
