Jake Schaeppi

Jake Schaeppi is an experienced IT professional with a broad background in technical support and system architecture. Currently serving as an IT Solution Architect at Fabcon since October 2020, Jake has previously held multiple roles including Information Technology System Administrator and IT Specialist. Prior to Fabcon, Jake worked as a Technical Support Analyst at GetWireless and held positions at Now Micro, where responsibilities included warranty service and repair for various OEM devices. Jake's earlier experience includes serving as an Advanced Repair Agent and Consultation Agent at Geek Squad, an Exchange Admin Tier 3 Support Engineer at VMC, and a Premier SharePoint Online Support Engineer at North Dakota State University. Jake is also pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Software Development at Hennepin Technical College, following a prior degree in Computer/Information Management from Normandale Community College.
