John Allgaier

John Allgaier has over three decades of work experience, primarily at General Mills. John started as a Commodity Accountant in 1981 and gradually worked their way up in various finance and sourcing roles within the company. Notable positions include Finance Manager, Senior Sourcing Manager, and Sourcing Director. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams, developing strategies, and overseeing large spending budgets. John also played a key role in integrating plant sourcing and capital equipment spending during a period of high expenditure. In 2015, John moved to Fabcon as the Supply Chain & Finance Leader before being promoted to Vice President - Business Development & Supply Chain in 2016.
