Toby Sexton

Toby Sexton has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations, particularly in management roles across various companies. Currently, Toby serves as Operations Manager and previously held the position of Production Manager at Fabcon Precast since August 2017. Prior to this, Toby was Continuous Improvement/Production Manager at Stoughton Trailers, LLC from January 2013 to August 2017, and held roles as General Supervisor at Grede Foundry and Anvil International. Additionally, Toby managed production at Fort Wayne Foundry and Auburn Foundry earlier in the career, demonstrating expertise in overseeing machining, assembly operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Toby holds education from ITT Technical Institute-Fort Wayne.
