Henrik Bauer possesses extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Transaktionschef at Fabege AB since June 2022. Prior to this role, Henrik held various positions at NCC, including Property Developer and Investment Manager, where significant contributions were made to projects such as Torsplan phase 2 in Stockholm. With a foundational experience at JLL and Newsec, Henrik has specialized in investment advisory services and transaction management for both national and international clients.
