Constantin Neubeck

Constantin Neubeck, LL.M. has a strong background in finance and controlling. Constantin began their career as a Customer Consultant (wealthy private clients) at BBBank eG in 1999. Constantin then joined F.S. Fehrer GmbH & Co. KG, where they held various roles including Assistant to CFO, Head of Corporate Treasury, and Director Controlling. In these positions, they were responsible for production controlling, project controlling, quotation costing, site and group reporting, as well as financing and cash flow management. Neubeck also worked as Director Finance and Controlling at F.S. Fehrer GmbH & Co. KG, where they oversaw corporate finance and controlling activities at the headquarters.

In 2013, Neubeck joined Faber-Castell AG as Head of Finance and Controlling Europe. Constantin was responsible for supporting the European subsidiaries and optimizing the organizational structure. Constantin also had direct responsibility for the Controlling department and served as a link between shared service departments and operational functions. Neubeck later took on the role of Managing Director (Geschäftsführer) at Faber-Castell AG, where they had overall responsibility for the sales company.

In 2020, Neubeck became the Managing Director of A.W. Faber-Castell Vertrieb GmbH.

Constantin Neubeck, LL.M. began their education at Bayerische Beamten Bank eG in 1997, where they obtained a degree in Bankkaufmann in 1999. Constantin then pursued further education at AKAD Fachhochschule Lahr from 1999 to 2003, earning a degree in Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) with a specialization in Bankmanagement. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Neubeck attended Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (Bankakademie HfB), where they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in the field of Mergers & Akquisitions (M&A).
