Sanmara Barreto

Sanmara Barreto is currently employed as the Plant Manager at A W Faber Castell, where Sanmara oversees the administrative and manufacturing aspects of the Manaus plant. Prior to this role, Sanmara worked as the Supervisora Administrativa e RH, responsible for Finance and HR, supporting manufacturing strategies focused on quality, costs, delivery, and safety. With a background in HR as an Analista de RH Sênior, Sanmara also has experience working as an Analista RH Generalista at BIC and as an Analista de Marketing at Grupo Simões. Sanmara holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from CIESA Centro Universitário de Ensino Superior do Amazonas, and has also completed education programs at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
