Sonali began their career as an Assistant Manager at moneycontrol.com, where they developed marketing plans and loyalty programs. Sonali then moved on to Contract India as a Manager in Strategy Planning, working on brands such as Asian Paints, Bajaj Allianz, and Shoppers' Stop. Sonali joined Mattel, Inc. in 2004 and held various roles, including Category Manager for India, where they successfully grew the brand and category.
