Annefleur Dirkse has been working in the HR field since completing their Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at Avans University of Applied Sciences in 2020. Annefleur has held various roles such as HR Business Partner at Faber Group, HR-officer at Vion Food Group, HR-administrator at LinkCare, and Recruiter at Shoeby. Additionally, Annefleur conducted an HR-related research project for FourstaR Nederland BV. Annefleur has experience in advising and supporting managers and employees on HR issues, managing HR procedures, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, and contributing to HR-related projects.
