Danielle Novak

Danielle Novak currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Fabian Couture Group, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Danielle was the Vice President of Operations at Benchmark Products from December 2022 to October 2024, also having served as Director of Operations. Danielle's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at American Hotel Register Company from May 2011 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing distribution, manufacturing, ecommerce, kitting, and reverse logistics operations, as well as leading a team through new WMS, voice pick, and SAP ERP implementations. Earlier in the career, Danielle held positions at Avon Products Inc., including Operations Manager and Distribution Supervisor. Danielle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, along with a Bachelor's degree in Operations and Information Management, both obtained from Northern Illinois University.
