Colby Harmon

Colby Harmon serves as Of Counsel at Fabian VanCott, focusing on civil litigation in Trusts & Estates, Probate, and Divorce and Custody matters since June 2023. Previously, Colby held the position of Senior Attorney at Sorensen Witherspoon, LLC, where expertise included family law, property matters, mediation, and firm development from February 2018 to May 2023. Colby's legal career includes serving as Attorney-Advisor at the District of Columbia Public Employee Relations Board, Deputy Staff Secretary for Romney for President, and various attorney roles in civil and criminal litigation across different legal firms. Colby earned a JD from Suffolk University Law School, an MPA from the University of Utah, and a BA in Political Science from the same institution.
