Jason W. Hardin has extensive work experience as an attorney and president at Fabian VanCott, where they served as a trial attorney and litigator. Jason W. has successfully first chaired over 75 trials and arbitrations in various civil and administrative cases, including complex commercial and business disputes, class actions, consumer fraud, real estate and development disputes, warranty claims, catastrophic events, mass torts, mine safety, occupational safety, and construction defect cases. Prior to their work at Fabian VanCott, Jason served as a Naval Submarine Officer in the US Navy from 1992 to 1997.
Jason W. Hardin attended Rice University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics. Following this, from 1992 to 1993, they furthered their education at the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC), completing a graduate program in Nuclear Engineering. Lastly, from 1997 to 2000, Jason attended the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Law.
