Scott Sabey

Scott Sabey is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate development, business law, related litigation, and lobbying. Since July 1997, Scott has served as a Partner/Shareholder at both Fabian Van Cott and Fabian & Clendenin, contributing significantly to local and national client interests. Prior experience includes a tenure as Bar Commissioner for the Utah State Bar from 2004 to 2010, where Scott managed operations and engaged with legislative advocacy. Earlier positions include Partner at Day Shell & Liljenquist from 1993 to 1997 and Realtor at Chapman-Richards & Associates from 1983 to 1989. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University, School of Law, obtained between 1990 and 1993, and a BA in Italian from Brigham Young University, along with a Diploma di Profitto in Language and History from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
