Phil Handley

Phil Handley has extensive experience in leadership and operational management, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Fablink Group since October 2021. Previously, Phil Handley was the Managing Director at Caterpillar Articulated Trucks from July 2009 to October 2018, focusing on local strategy alignment and execution, while implementing 6 Sigma process improvements and LEAN manufacturing techniques. Prior roles include HR Shared Services Manager for the Americas at Caterpillar Inc., where Phil Handley developed a shared services model for HR services, and 6 Sigma MBB / Deployment Champion at Caterpillar Articulated Trucks, where significant improvements in quality, velocity, and cost were achieved. Phil Handley holds an MBA from Durham University and a DMS in Management from Nene University Northampton.
