Amy Pickup is a highly experienced software engineer with a robust background in engineering management and a strong focus on technology for social good. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Fabric since March 2024, Amy has previously held multiple senior roles at SimpleHealth, where contributions included leading engineering teams to support online consultations for birth control. Early career experience includes significant roles at JPMorgan Chase, where involvement in training development and risk management significantly impacted over 40,000 technologists. As the founder and director of Etiquette Creative, Amy dedicated efforts to reducing the gender gap in STEAM fields through community-building and educational initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Emerging Media and Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Visual Arts from The University of Texas at Dallas.
