Tim Hodder

Tim Hodder has extensive work experience in project management and agile methodologies. Tim started their career as a Secondary Teacher at Nagle College Bairnsdale from 1992 to 1995. Tim then worked at EDS Australia (Now HP), Holden, Telstra as a Project Manager and Release Manager from 1995 to 2007, where they managed projects, software application changes, and a team of 12 developers. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Skilled Group as a Manager, focusing on releasing and changing projects with a scrum and agile project management approach. Tim joined Bendigo and Adelaide Bank in 2016 as a BPM Project Lead/Scrum Master until 2018. Currently, they are working at Fabric Group as a Project Manager.

Tim Hodder earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in IT and Chemistry from Monash University, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. Tim then pursued a Graduate Diploma of Management in Information Systems and General Management at Central Queensland University from 1993 to 1994. Prior to their university education, Tim attended St Patrick's College Ballarat from 1982 to 1985, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
