Tim Hodder has extensive work experience in project management and agile methodologies. Tim started their career as a Secondary Teacher at Nagle College Bairnsdale from 1992 to 1995. Tim then worked at EDS Australia (Now HP), Holden, Telstra as a Project Manager and Release Manager from 1995 to 2007, where they managed projects, software application changes, and a team of 12 developers. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Skilled Group as a Manager, focusing on releasing and changing projects with a scrum and agile project management approach.
