Courtney Bragg has extensive work experience in the public and private sectors. In 2021, they became a Co-Founder of Fabric Health. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Principal at Ampersand Advisory, leading projects for a range of public and private sector clients in the U. S. and internationally. From 2019 to 2021, they were VP/GM, Market Launch and Product at Virtudent. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Sales Strategy & Operations Intern at New Relic, Inc. From 2011 to 2010, they were Director of College Counseling and Strategic Initiatives at KIPP DC. From 2010 to 2009, they were a College Counselor at Piper High School. In 2009, they were a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs at Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs, where they led private and public sector projects with senior leaders across the region.

Courtney Bragg has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a BA in Educational Studies, American Culture Studies, and a Minor in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis, and has studied Geography, Education, and English Literature at the University of Oxford and Political Science and Economics at Georgetown University. Courtney is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum, Inc.
