Kaycie Gaige

Head of Customer Success at Fabric Technologies

Kaycie Gaige has worked in various roles since 2013. Kaycie began their career at State Farm as a Claims Service Associate. In 2014, they moved to Currin Compliance Services, Inc. where they held the roles of Research and Compliance Associate and Compliance Analyst. In 2017, they joined Fabric Technologies, Inc. as Head of Customer Success, where they were responsible for designing and implementing internal customer support policies and procedures, determining and documenting messaging templates, managing the process for handling transaction disputes, establishing and organizing an internal document management system, handling and resolving complicated customer support issues, and ensuring adherence to life insurance advertising compliance rules and regulations.

Kaycie Gaige obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Special Education/Childhood Education from The College of Saint Rose between 2006 and 2010. Kaycie then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Literacy Education from the University at Albany, SUNY between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they have a certification as an Insurance Agent, Accident, Health & Life from the New York State Department of Financial Services.
