Eleanor Hudson has a diverse work experience history. Eleanor is currently the Head of Platform at Fabric Ventures, a company focused on funding visionary founders in the Open Economy. Prior to this, they worked at Connect Ventures as a Senior Platform Associate, where they evolved the Connect Ventures platform and led various initiatives such as founder retreats, community and events strategy, and post-investment portfolio support. Eleanor also held the role of Network Manager at Connect Ventures.

Before their time at Connect Ventures, Eleanor was the Co-Founder and CEO of Female Founders Fair, a careers platform and community for women. Eleanor built a community of over 8,000 women and created relevant content to inspire women in their professional journeys.

Eleanor has also worked at Canda as a Talent Partner, focusing on talent, brand, and culture, and at the Centre for Entrepreneurs, where they participated in a program designed to develop entrepreneurial leaders through practical business experience and mentorship.

Eleanor also had a role at Travelyser.com, a platform they co-founded while in university, where they collaborated with specialists to develop the technical specifications of the platform. Eleanor also briefly worked at Tech Nation as a Talent + Culture Partner through their affiliation with Canda.

Eleanor Hudson's education history starts with their completion of GCSEs at Queen Marys School. Eleanor then went on to pursue Alevels at Durham School. After completing high school, Eleanor attended Northumbria University where they pursued a degree in Entrepreneurial Business Management. This program offered a practical approach to entrepreneurship, allowing students to start up and manage their own businesses.
