Navneet Gupta has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Navneet is currently the Head of People - Asia at fabric. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead HRBP at Aakash Educational Services Limited. Navneet also served as a People Consultant at i4 Consulting: Reimagining HR Blueprints and as the Head HR | Fitness Business at cure.fit. Additionally, Navneet held the position of Head - Corporate HR at PUMA Group and Regional HR Manager - South at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd). Navneet gained experience as an HR Business Partner, SME Talent and Learning, Talent Management & Development Partner, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Bharti Airtel. Navneet's earlier experience includes an internship at Intel Corporation and working as an ASE at Tata Consultancy Services.

Navneet Gupta completed their education in a chronological order. Navneet first attended Army Public School from 1998 to 2004 where they obtained their X and XII degrees in the field of Science. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, studying from 2004 to 2008. Later, they attended Management Development Institute, Gurgaon from 2010 to 2012 to earn their MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources. In addition to their formal education, Navneet Gupta obtained a certification in Instructional Design for Practitioners from SHRM in 2016.
