Previously at DATAPREV, as an IT Intern, Giziane handled requirements gathering, user story writing, prototyping, customer demand analysis, testing scenario creation, and customer support during validation. At Liq, Giziane worked in telemarketing, opening technical support requests and managing customer complaints effectively.
