Regina Spencer-Roberts

Regina Spencer-Roberts has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent management. Regina currently holds a position as the Director of Talent and Culture at Fabricut, Inc since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of People and Culture - Reasor's Division at Brookshire Grocery Company from 2022 to 2023. Regina also worked at Reasor's for a significant duration, starting in 2013, where they held various roles including Director of Compensation and Benefits, Manager of Benefits and Compensation, and Risk Management/Safety Coordinator. Before joining Reasor's, they worked as an HR Business Partner at CommunityCare HMO in 2011 and as an HR Specialist at Saint Francis Health System from 2007 to 2011. Regina began their career as an HR Assistant at St. John's Medical Center in 2006.

Regina Spencer-Roberts pursued their education at Oklahoma State University from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and another BBA degree with a concentration in Marketing/Marketing Management.
