Alice Abbott

Alice Abbott is the Chief Legal Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Fabriik. Alice has over 25 years of experience in the legal and compliance field. Prior to joining Fabriik, Ms. Abbott served as the Global General Counsel for AFEX, a leading provider of global payment and risk management solutions. Ms. Abbott has also served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Mercantile Exchange Corporation and TD Waterhouse. In addition, Ms. Abbott has held senior positions at Jameson Bank/Jameson International FX, Investment Dealers Association (now IIROC), and KPMG Canada.

Alice Abbott has a MBA from Queen's University in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen's University. Alice also has a BA from Dalhousie University in French (not completed).
