Scott Paca is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management with over 10 years of experience across various roles and projects. Currently serving as a Health Safety Environment Officer at Fabrimetal since February 2021, responsibilities include assessing workplace risks and advising on safety practices related to scrap cutting operations.
