Watchara Thaphaengphan

Watchara Thaphaengphan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in operations and new product introduction. Currently serving as the Senior Operation and NPI Engineering Manager at Fabrinet since October 2016, Watchara is responsible for preparing and reviewing statements of work, building packages, bills of materials, and assembly drawings, as well as managing manufacturing line layouts and prototypes. Prior to this role, Watchara worked at Celestica (Thailand) Ltd. from August 1999 to September 2016 as a Test Manager and Design Manager, focusing on electrical product design, testing strategies, and development of manufacturing test platforms. Watchara holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
