Charles-Henri Tournier

Charles-Henri Tournier has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charles-Henri is currently serving as the Head of Operations at fabriq since October 2021. Previously, they worked at Popchef for 6 years, starting as a Sales & Business Development Manager in December 2015. Charles-Henri later took on the role of Chief Operating Officer, where they were responsible for operations, management, product development, and launch/expansion of 5 distribution kitchens.

Before joining Popchef, Charles-Henri worked as a Consultant at Augusta consulting for a brief period in 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Consultant at IMPULSE PARTNERS from September 2014 to July 2015, assisting a building sector leader with business redefinition and conducting opportunity reviews on early-stage startups.

Charles-Henri also gained experience in the development department at Club Med from September 2013 to February 2014, where they conducted various analysis and coordinated with internal departments.

Early in their career, Charles-Henri worked as a Portfolio and Conduit Management Intern at Credit Agricole CIB from July 2011 to June 2012. Charles-Henri also served as a Mathematics Teacher at Fleur de Bitume from October 2009 to March 2011.

Charles-Henri Tournier's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Saint Jean de Passy and IPESUP, where they pursued Classes Préparatoires in ECS. Charles-Henri continued their education at HEC Paris from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Grande Ecole (MSc) degree in Management. In 2012, they briefly studied at Università Bocconi, focusing on Economic and Social Sciences for their Master of Science (MSc) degree.
