Filippo De Rose has over 10 years of work experience in the fields of marketing, business development, and analytics. Filippo began their career in 2011 as a Mobile Business Development Manager at NativeX, where they planned and executed user acquisition budgets and created Android and iOS publishing networks. In the same year, they also worked as a Monetization & User Analytics Strategist at FX Interactive. In 2013, they moved on to become a Channel Sales Manager at Upsight, where they established and nurtured long term relationships with key strategic partners and created best practices for usage of new mobile ad tracking products. In 2014, they took on the role of Business Development Director at Changyou.com (US) LLC, where they owned the ad monetization P&L globally and managed a six figure marketing budget. In 2015, they worked as a Business Performance Manager at 99Games. In 2016, they became the Head of Marketing and Ad Monetization at Pixelberry Studios. In 2018, they returned to HyperBeard as the Chief Growth Officer, where they created a strategy to move from organic to paid growth, generated the ad optimization strategy, led the implementation of the first portfolio wide analytics stack, developed the new creative production and testing framework, and owned the ad monetization P&L. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Growth Officer at Traplight Ltd. and in 2022 they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Fabulous and a Member of the Board of Advisors at HyperBeard.
Filippo De Rose obtained a BSc. in Computer Science from King's College London between 1998 and 2001. In 2001, they obtained a Sun Certified Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems. Filippo then earned an MSc. in Masters of Space Studies from the International Space University between 2002 and 2003. Finally, they earned an International MBA in International General Management from IE Business School between 2010 and 2011.
