Justin Varney has over two decades of engineering management experience, currently serving as the Engineering Shift Manager at Faccenda Foods Ltd since February 2001. In this role, Justin leads a team of 10 shift engineers, focusing on workload prioritization, skill assessment, and team development within a lean and efficient environment. Previous experience includes a position as Field Service Engineer Team Leader at Baxter International Inc. and Lead Production Engineer during an apprenticeship at Access Irrigation Ltd., where technical skills were honed in various engineering manufacturing processes. Justin holds a Leadership and Management Diploma from Ashorne Hill Managerial College and is actively pursuing IOSH certification.
