Paolo Mallarino

Paolo Mallarino has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Paolo most recently worked as the CFO at FACCIN S.p.A since March 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Group CFO at Perfume Holding from 2015 to 2017 and at Merlo Group from 2014 to 2015.

Paolo has extensive experience in the finance field, having worked as the CFO of Lombardini Kohler from 2006 to 2014. During their time at Lombardini Kohler, they were responsible for financial planning, controlling, statutory and tax compliance, risk management, and treasury. Paolo successfully implemented SAP and led various initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Before joining Lombardini Kohler, Paolo held the position of Finance Director at Lear Corporation from 2001 to 2006 and at Arvin Meritor from 1997 to 2001. Paolo began their professional career as a Controller at Mecatronic - Soudronic from 1994 to 1997 and as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting from 1992 to 1994. Paolo started their career as a Trainee in the Financial Analysis department at Unisys in 1988.

Paolo Mallarino holds a Master in Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, which they earned from 1990 to 1992. Prior to this, they obtained a Laurea in Economia e Commercio degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the Università degli Studi di Torino, completing their studies from 1982 to 1988. Paolo also attended Liceo Scientifico Valsalice in Torino between 1977 and 1982.
