Isabella Desmarais has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Isabella'smost recent position was as the Head of People and Development at the company FACEGYM, starting in September 2023. Before that, they worked as a People Consultant, starting in January 2023. Prior to their current roles, Isabella was the Co-Founder of Kind Community from June 2021 to September 2023. Isabella also has experience working at Selfridges Group, where they held the positions of Deputy Chief of Staff from February 2020 to June 2021 and People Project Specialist from January 2018 to February 2020. Additionally, they worked at Holt Renfrew as a Coordinator for Employee Experience from July 2017 to January 2018 and as a Coordinator for Talent Acquisition & HR Services from May 2016 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, Isabella worked at Canada Post/Postes Canada as a Human Resources Summer Student/Junior Recruiter from May 2015 to December 2015, and at Morrison Hershfield as a Human Resources Assistant from May 2014 to April 2015.
Isabella Desmarais attended York University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Human Resources Management.
