Deanna Fleming

Deanna Fleming has an extensive work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Deanna most recently worked at Face Reality Skincare as the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Development. Prior to this, they were the Principal Marketing Consultant at DF Marketing Consulting, specializing in brand strategy and new product development. Deanna also held the position of Head of Global Sales at Newell Brands Technical Apparel from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they worked at Harmless Harvest as the Vice President of Marketing and Innovation and as a Senior Management Consultant in Marketing. Deanna also gained valuable experience at Big Heart Pet Brands as a Senior Manager in Shopper Marketing and Activation, and as a Senior Brand Manager for Milk-Bone. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Brand Manager for DLM FOODS CANADA CORP. and began their professional journey at Imperial Tobacco Canada, where they participated in a marketing management training program and held various positions, including Marketing Management Trainee, District Sales Manager, and Account Representative.
